The poem's about a woman locked in a tower who dies when she tries to escape for her love, Sir Lancelot. It's a good poem, so look it up. =) I'd also like to thank a certain one of my professors for showing this video as part of her class. =)

I made this video not long after I found out about Emilie, so I didn't have a chance to find that information. The definition in the video is according to the dictionary definition of "-pheliac" combined with the prefix "-o", which also does make some sense.
