Yet we stick to work as per demand & cool our heels on weekly 1 day off & National holidays. Accidents do happen, could be due to poor knowledge on part of emplyr, but compare accidents in proportion to the labours employed in both countries. The percentage should be more or less equivalent.

    January 9th, 2009 at 20:18:39 Buddy the Worker rights here in Canada are better then India, Ask any Westerner to work extra hours without the pay is just maddness, with the Cost of living here being much higher then it is in Developing Countries and India. We Have less accidents on the job here and the accidents that we do have are mostly newcomers from India, Pakistan and other like Countries. Our Overtime is what allows us to to more with our families. To work 6 days wouldn't be cost effective to to loss of time accidents
